Chicago Shares 2019 Grant Application

For more than 25 years, Chicago Shares has provided a means for citizens and visitors to help the hungry poor of Chicago through a voucher program. A percentage of Chicago Shares distributed are never redeemed, and the funds from those un-redeemed Shares are given as grants to Chicago organizations that have a complementary mission to Chicago Shares of helping the needy.

Chicago Shares is currently accepting applications for grants. Please fill in the information below by April 15, 2019. Decisions on grant recipients will be made and recipient names will be posted on the Chicago Shares website (www.chicagoshares.org) in mid-2019.
