Chicago Shares 2022 Grant Application

For almost 30 years, Chicago Shares has provided a means for citizens and visitors to help the hungry poor of Chicago through a food voucher program. A percentage of Chicago Shares purchased are never redeemed, and these accumulated funds, when sufficient, are available for grants to Chicago organizations that have a complementary mission to Chicago Shares.

Chicago Shares is currently accepting applications for the 2022 grant program. Please fill in the information below by March 30, 2022. Decisions on grant recipients will be made by June 1, 2022, and awardees will be notified promptly. Names of recipients will be posted on the Chicago Shares website (www.chicagoshares.org).
